Work tasks and areas of responsibility:  Support ASM HSE Team and liaise with the HSE Officers assigned to the Project Sites for coordination and matters pertaining to HSE;  Develop, prepare and administer HSE Key Performance Indicators for the Company and the Projects;  Develop specific periodical reports for ASM Management related to HSE performance of the Company and support the Project HSE performance reporting to ASM Management and Clients.  Ensure the implementation of the ASM HSE Procedures, and Project HSE Plans;  Compile and manage the ASM HSE statistical analysis documentation;  Compile and manage the HSE documentation (HSE plans and procedures) in accordance with applicable HSE standards, legislation and the contractual requirements of the project;  Cascade any safety related information down to the employee and assist with thorough safety induction for new personnel arriving in the company;  Monitor and enforce HSE requirements of all subcontractors and vendors. Advice HSE Engineer / HSE Regional Manager for any incompliance;  Consolidate and prepare the ASM HSE Report (annual/monthly/weekly) and HSE deliverables to HSE Regional Manager;  Carry out other duties assigned by Regional HSE Manager from time to time;  Complied to HSE requirements.

Education, experience and competencies:

• Qualification – Degree In Engineering
• At least two years experience in HSE work
• To coordinate and assist HSE Regional Manager and HSE Engineer in any HSE matters for all Aker Solutions entities in South East Asia region
• Willing to travel to Asia Pacific Regions including Africa and Middle East regions
• Assess Technical Characteristics of Personnel Protection Equipment
