Work tasks and areas of responsibility:  To effectively and efficiently purchase materials and services ensuring companies processes & procedures are adhered to  Vendor Management including on-time-delivery of material and documentation from suppliers  Procure according to budget and procedures  Support and take instruction from material leads aligned with MRP demand requirements  Negotiate Supplier Agreements  Purchase material at the best possible cost while maintaining quality and HSE  Participate in tender pricing and negotiation  Manage vendor quality issues to agreed time-scales and monitor cost of quality  Ensure monthly reports are submitted in a timely manner  Ensure Expediting Reports are submitted in a timely manner and information is updated in SAP  Maintain a knowledge of current supply market  Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Aker Solutions HSE regulations  Ensure all work is executed to the highest ethical standards in line with Aker Solutions policy on business ethics  As required perform other tasks which require similar levels of skill and responsibility

Education, experience and competencies:

§         Minimum Diploma, with 2 years experience  of ERP systems , preferably SAP

§         Fluent in English – verbal communication and report writing

§         Good negotiation skills

§         Drive and Enthusiasm

§         Team Player

§         Knowledge in Engineering or Manufacturing Operation is an advantage.
